SUPPORTING AND DRIVING STUDENT SUCCESS- THE PAID INTERNSHIP IMPACT
Let's start here: All students want to be successful. However, many students do not experience sustained measures of success.
We are strategically positioned to help support and drive student success. Our primary goals and strategies are focused on providing students with high quality Paid Internships and exceptional academic and professional experiences. Through this, we also concentrate on a myriad of factors that promote the well-being of the entire individual/student. It is this dynamic approach that truly enriches student success and positions them to excel academically and professionally.
There are several ways that we plan to meet these goals. We support students to excel in high school and college by providing each participant with an Academic and Career Coach. These coaches work independently and collaboratively. Each participating student receives the duality of these supports. Coaches receive training and professional development, to ensure the delivery of quality services and assessments.
ACADEMIC COACH
Provides support that focuses on academic retention and progression. Here, the ultimate goal is that students enter college, with scholarship opportunities and complete their 2-year and 4-year degrees with the plausible option of attending graduate or professional schools.
PROFESSIONAL COACH
Our Professional Coaches provide students with the tangible knowledge and inside track into the fields of STEM and business. These individuals are professionals in their respective fields and are an important component in assisting students with obtaining high quality Paid Internships and successfully segueing into their fields.
Our coaches provide an essential service by providing a wealth of knowledge and assistance to our students. However, in addition to this, we also follow, step-by-step the aspirations of our students. That is, we have Long Legs.
WE HAVE LONG LEGS
We lead, but very importantly, we follow. That is, as students move forward, we move forward right along with them. This is a progressive and nimble model, and our objective, at all times, is to provide our students with multiple levels of learning coupled with professional opportunities and success.
We are in constant partnership with our students, and it begins in high school, as early as 10th grade, and follows the student through their career attainment. We are here step-by-step.
